Back in 2008 I was asked to shoot some sports photos for a very well known private school in Nashville. While I had never really found myself drawn to sports photography, I firmly believe any new style/subject you can take the opportunity to photograph will absolutely feed your creativity and technical expertise for everything else that you shoot. So I said yes. Since then Tom and I have cooperatively covered over 100 sport events for various schools all over the Middle TN region and enjoy it thoroughly – it’s a very nice transition coming from portrait sessions, product photography and wedding coverage and we believe it makes us even better at shooting those split-second moments that many non-sports photographers might miss at your wedding or special event. We already had the gear and we’re glad we decided to say YES that day to the school.

This car was Kelsey’s first car, restored by her family and driven daily – it’s in astounding condition and turns heads even more than Kelsey’s beautiful, fiery red hair. We had a lot of fun in downtown nashville capturing both her ride and her smile.
